What SnohDocs is
SnohDocs is an AI-powered Document Management System. Documents arrive from desktops, email, scanners and connected systems; AI classifies each one, extracts its metadata and files it without anyone choosing a folder. From there it lives under version control and role-based access, moves through review and approval where required, and stays retrievable by meaning — long after the person who filed it has moved on.
Drag and drop, email forwarding, watched folders, scanner output and API submissions all feed the same repository. Duplicates are detected on arrival.
The document type is recognised, metadata extracted, tags applied and the folder path chosen from your taxonomy. Scanned pages are OCR-processed and indexed.
Semantic search matches on meaning, not filenames, and returns the passage that answers you with its page reference, version and permissions attached.
The problem

Security & compliance
